1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RuteFleet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RuteFleet is a web-based fleet management platform that provides real-time GPS tracking, route management, passenger ETA, ECO analytics, and related modules. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free Starter tier.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Each company registration creates one owner account; additional users may be added
• You must be at least 18 years old to register
• One company per registration — multiple accounts for the same company are not permitted

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to track individuals without their knowledge or consent
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content

5. GPS Data & Privacy

By connecting a GPS device or providing GPS credentials, you confirm that:

• You have the right and authority to track the vehicles in question
• All vehicle operators and relevant parties have been informed of GPS tracking
• You comply with all applicable local laws regarding vehicle and employee monitoring

6. Subscription & Payments

• Starter Plan: Free, limited to 2 vehicles, no credit card required
• Business Plan: Rp 450.000/month, billed monthly
• Enterprise: Custom pricing, contact us
• Paid plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
• No refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your fleet data, vehicle data, and company data. We do not claim any rights over your operational data. You may export or request deletion of your data at any time.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RuteFleet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
